My husband
Can you believe it? I am actually back??? I might blog about my fall sessions - and you'll laugh to see the fall colors in February. Hey, at least you will know that I take care of my clients first - then my blog second (I mean...last).
As you know, I usually start the year off all - lofty - like with blog posts and the such. This year probably will not be much different!
I could never even dream of launching my business without the support of my husband. Despite all odds, he thinks I can do this if I set my mind to it. He comes with me to my sessions and interacts happily with my clients. I just can't imagine doing this without him behind me, being my biggest cheerleader.
So you should meet him right?
Yup, that's him. In all his proud and bearded glory. Don't worry - it didn't turn into a boudoir session. :)
THIS is what I get when I say, "Oh B, the clients are busy changing the baby. Can you get over there so I can meter?"
While I am no fan of his beard (I imagine small animals living in it), I am wondering if I somehow hired "Zoolander" for my assistant.
Oh - and my son is a little ham for the camera. I tell ya - if you want to make a portrait photographer's job easier, get your kids used to having a camera around!

Welcome back to La Lume! I've got a newborn post and a WEDDING (*gasp*) to post as well! WEDDING! It was my sister's and totally just for fun. I stepped in to photograph her sweet and simple wedding ceremony since she didn't hire a photographer for her wedding day (*double gasp...almost faint*)!!!
Love to all,
P
