Imaging USA

Hi Everyone!

2 posts last week - already fell off of my new years resolution #1!  But I had a good excuse because I'm here, in my native state, of TEXAS!!!

I don't know how many of you out there know I'm from Texas, but I am.  And I'm proud of it.  So much so that I tell my son to tell people the following when they ask him where he's from:  "I live in Pennsylvania, but I was born in Texas."

I'm at Imaging USA, one of the biggest photography conferences of the year.  I.am.loving.every.minute.

I've been absorbing tons of product ideas.  I've been talking to the industry's leaders about how they run their business.  I've been learning tons of ways to better provide my clients with an incredible customer experience.

I gotta run back to the expo and then another class - but I just wanted to check in.  Prepare yourselves for future posts about all the things I learned about growing my business.  I'm a newbie - I'm stumbling - I'm learning - I'm not afraid for you guys to watch me to do this.  I'm just glad you're here with me through it.
